About Gregory Mysogland

Gregory Mysogland is a freelance writer living in New York City.  He is a passionate, lifelong fan of film and television and currently works as a freelance Movie and Television Features Writer for Collider.  He recently received a Master’s degree in Cinema Studies from New York University and has a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University, with a major in Film and Television and minor in Journalism.  Gregory’s media studies have covered a wide range of topics related to films and television in their various genres and forms.  Genres he is especially passionate about include superhero stories, film noir and other crime stories, science fiction, and Westerns.  In addition to Collider, he is currently a freelance Entertainment Critic for Sequential Planet, where he writes reviews of films, television, and occasionally comic books.  Previously he worked for CBR as a Comics Features Writer.  In addition to film, television, and writing, Gregory’s interests include comic books, playing basketball, watching football, martial arts, and going to the beach.
