About Emily Kavanagh
Emily Kavanagh is a Colorado based Feature Writer for Collider. She graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a degree in English Writing. Though she's been with Collider for almost two years she's still not used to people calling her a "reviewer". Emily always loved telling anyone who would listen about the newest thing she'd watched, so she thought she'd turn it into a career.
While her tastes are quite broad, you can always find Emily talking about the latest anime, prestige dramas, and off-beat comedies. She has a hard time picking favorites, but she's been consistently talking people's ears off about Andor and Yellowjackets for the better part of a year. And she will never shut up about Hunter x Hunter.
When Emily isn't writing for Collider she's indulging in other nerdy hobbies like gaming, reading, or doing 2000-piece puzzles like the coolest granny in the retirement home. Emily doesn't like writing in the third person but she did it for you, dear reader.
